Hervé Plick is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of African Strategic Investment Partners (ASIP), a pan-African investment readiness and project preparation platform dedicated to transforming high-potential African projects into bankable, investment-ready opportunities.
Driven by the conviction that Africa’s greatest challenge is not a lack of capital but a lack of investment-ready projects, Hervé founded ASIP to bridge the gap between governments, project developers, and global investors. Under his leadership, ASIP partners with public institutions, state-owned enterprises, private sector sponsors, and international investors to prepare, structure, and mobilize financing for transformational projects across the continent.
With more than 15 years of experience in international business development, strategic partnerships, investment facilitation, and project development, Hervé has cultivated relationships across Africa, North America, Europe, and the Middle East. His work focuses on connecting African opportunities with global capital while promoting transparency, sound governance, and international best practices.
Hervé earned his Business Management degree from the Toronto School of Business, where he developed a strong foundation in business strategy, organizational leadership, finance, and international commerce. This educational background, combined with his practical experience in cross-border business development, has shaped his approach to building sustainable partnerships and delivering investment solutions that create long-term economic value.
He believes that successful investment begins long before financing—it begins with preparation. Through ASIP’s integrated investment readiness platform, Hervé champions the development of technically sound, commercially viable, and institutionally credible projects capable of attracting development finance institutions (DFIs), sovereign wealth funds, commercial lenders, private equity firms, and multinational strategic investors.
His leadership is centered on building collaborative ecosystems that unite governments, financial institutions, engineering firms, legal advisors, technical specialists, and investors to accelerate sustainable economic development throughout Africa.
As CEO, Hervé oversees the firm’s strategic direction, partnership development, capital mobilization initiatives, and institutional relationships. He is committed to positioning ASIP as Africa’s premier investment readiness platform and a trusted gateway for transformational investment opportunities.
